Andrew Reid is leading the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team of Microsoft Switzerland. Andrew has a track record of developing new approaches through innovative thinking, influencing through executive presence and communication, as well as orchestrating the execution of complex programs and projects to drive business impact for joint customers together with partners. Most recently, he has been part of the Swiss GPS team as Senior Manager of a Partner Development Team since 2019 and worked in various global and local roles for over 20 years at Microsoft.

Andrew is a seasoned International Leader, with experience in successfully leading global, worldwide distributed and diverse organisations more than 3000 engineers, to enable our major customers digitally transform.
